RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
All exchange requests will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected at our physical store or headquarters.
Please note that refunds are not offered. Exchanges are strictly limited to other product(s) of equal or higher value, with any price difference to be borne by the customer.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item is in its original condition
- Original price tag is still attached
- The item is unwashed, unaltered, and unworn
- Sale items and purchases made using discount coupons are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable
Returns must be made within seven (7) days from the date of receipt. Cash refunds or cash balance refunds are not available under any circumstances.

Return via Shipping to Our HQ. Customers are required to arrange and bear the full cost of return shipping.
